Orders will be confirmed automatically per. Mail, if you haven't received the order confirmation right after placing the order, please check your spam mail. Should there be any problems with the delivery of your goods (backorders, sold out items, delays) you will be notified within 24 hours after your order has been placed (if you have placed your order during the weekend - then next weekday), after which we will reduce your payment. Would you like to add something to your order you must place a new order.
Coatpeople.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Dankort, JCB and American Express. For orders placed in Denmark, you can also pay by MobilePay.
ORDERS PLACED IN DENMARK
If you place your order on weekdays before 11.00, the order will be sent the same day. If you place your order in the weekend, your order will be sent on the next working day. Choose from the following delivery methods: GLS parcel shop: 1-3 working days GLS business address: 1-3 working days, pick up in store Within 24 hours every weekday(free) Pick up address: COATPEOPLE AT STIG P GL. If you choose Pick up in store, please wait for a mail confirming that your order is ready for pick up.
ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE DENMARK
We use GLS who usually delivers your order within 1-8 business days, depending on the country of delivery. Please note that a signature might be required when receiving the package. The carriers usually operate between 9am and 5pm during weekdays.
It is necessary that someone is present to receive the package on the day of delivery, otherwise the package will be sent back, and we will charge you a fee covering our costs.
(If you can’t plan to be at home on the day of delivery, we recommend you use a work address if possible as there needs to be someone present at the time of delivery.)
You will receive an order confirmation with your tracking number as soon as we have processed your order, then you can easily keep track of your package.
Once Coatpeople.com have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You (the customer) are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Coatpeople.com is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you place your order latest on the 21.st before 11.00 we will send the same day and it should be no problem to receive your order before Christmas (within Denmark). For orders in EU and outside EU no later than the 19.th.
We offer an extended return for all Christmas present, all returns must be sent back to us latest on the 7.th of January 2023.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Coatpeople.com accepts returns and exchanges on all items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Within 14 days after the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of the item(s) that you wish to return. Your return must be placed on the 14th day at the latest after receiving your order and must be returned to us in unused condition with tags and accompanied by the original invoice.
If an item is returned in used condition or without tags, Coatpeople.com reserves the right to deduct the value of the item with up to 100%.
The cost of shipping of returned items is always on the customer’s expense. Refund for returned merchandise will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card. The processing of your refund depends on the card issuer and is not in our control.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. We recommend you send your order back with a tracking number, this is your guarantee if order gets lost on the way back to us.
If you would like to make an exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short explanation of your exchange, as well as the order number. Upon the acceptance of your exchange, you will be given info on how to proceed. After receiving the package, we will send you the new item as soon as possible. All exchanges are subject to availability.
The items can also be exchanged and returned to the Stig P store in Copenhagen. In that case, please remember to take you order confirmation with you. Refunds are not paid back in the store but will be refunded to the account which was originally used at purchase.
If you wish to return part of your purchase, we will deduct shipping expenses from the refund. This only applies if the order total ends up below the amount that triggers free shipping.
If you regret an order after placing it, please send a mail to email@example.com immediately after so we can cancel it in due time before sending. It is not sufficient to refuse receipt of the order, in this case we will deduct return costs plus handling fee from your return.

Stig Pedersen ApS/Coatpeople gives 2 years warranty due to the Danish Sales of Goods Act and are applicable from the order confirmation date. The warranty does not include flaws, damage or wear and tear directly and indirectly due to poor handling of the item. You will need to have the order confirmation/receipt to use your warranty rights.
